Mr. Singleton is the Founder, Chairperson, and CEO at SingTone Technologies which was established in Jan 2015. He has over years of experience working with US Government Agencies and fourteen years of experience in managing projects; directing, guiding, leading multi-functional teams of technical and subject matter experts; and, analyzing systems and processes that lead to infrastructure and information technology (IT) improvements to save commercial companies, NASA, and the DOD millions. Mr. Singleton has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aeronautical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy (USAFA); an Operations Technology Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT); and, a Master of Science (MS) in Aeronautical Science and Management from Embry Riddle.
Mr. Howard is the Sr. Application Developer at SingTone Technologies and has over years of experience working with Windows and IBM Mainframe platforms using Relational and Hierarchical Database structures for commercial companies, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and the DOD. His technological experience has touched all facets of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to include legacy systems to current web-based applications. Mr. Howard has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems and a minor in Business from the University of Maryland.
